Chilli and Garlic Chunks

Serves 4


  • 750g Wilson’s Country Baby New Potatoes
  • 4 Tablespoons Garlic infused oil
  • Salt
  • To serve
  • 50g Sweet chilli sauce
  • 50g Crème fraiche


step 1

Set oven temperature to 180oC/350oF/Gas 4.

step 2

Wash and cut the potatoes into chunks, all roughly the same size.

step 3

Plunge into boiling salted water and cook for 2 minutes, drain well.

step 4

Add the garlic oil and mix to coat the potatoes, tip onto an oven tray and roast for 20 minutes until crisp and golden.

step 5

Serve with crème fraiche and sweet chilli sauce
