Mustard Mash

Preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves 4 – 6

Ingredients:

  • 900g Wilson’s Country Rooster potatoes
  • 50g Butter
  • 120ml Milk
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon wholegrain mustard

Ingredients:

Peel, cut and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender (approx 20 – 25 minutes).

step 2

Drain, replace lid and rest for 3 minutes to let the potatoes become soft and completely cooked.

step 3

Add the butter and milk while you mash the potatoes until they are light and fluffy.

step 4

Stir in the wholegrain mustard, salt and pepper. Serve with thick pork sausages, fried onions and gravy.
